What they got right and wrong
The featured king suite was spacious and comfortable with a nice layout, great water pressure in the shower, and lovely cleanliness throughout the hotel. My stay was definitely made better by a convenient location.
Unfortunately, the front desk service left much to be desired. I encountered unhelpful staff who seemed indifferent to my concerns, impacting my experience negatively.

we had a really great time in this budget hotel in springfield. everything was great, the room was pet-friendly and impeccable with a king-sized bed and pictures on the internet, as example. the staff were exceptional and polite and the location was peaceful right near i44 15 minutes from airport.

The hotel staff was friendly And went out of their way to accommodate us. The first room we were in had poor wireless internet reception, after talking to Jennifer she moved us to another room. The facility is old but they have great flat screen TVs. I compliment the staff on how friendly and accommodating they were.

The price was right.
Beds are hard and the room was tiny. We had a tornado warning and there was no place to go.

Not the best stay
Stayed for 3 nights in a queen room. They removed my son's stuff without notice and tried to charge us to get it back, super sketchy. Breakfast was alright, though-enjoyed the waffles! The whole situation felt shady, probably won't come back here again.
